Summary:

FantasyAces.com has ramped up to become a legit contender on the Daily Fantasy Sports scene. They offer a large number of contests and have also developed contest types unique to their site. With the advent of large season tournaments with great prizes, they are positioning themselves to be a major player in the market of daily fantasy sports. Give them a try if you want to see how their site compares with the others in this sector of fantasy gaming.

FantasyAces state they are the premier destination for daily fantasy football, baseball, and basketball. They have a unique take on the 1-Day fantasy sports contests and allow you to play against others for real money.

They offer Free and pay-to-play contests in a variety of sports and league types. Tired of waiting around for a whole other season to draft another fantasy team and pit your skill against other players? Daily fantasy sports allows you to choose a new team each day or week and win (or lose) based on the daily or weekly games. That’s what we love about the daily fantasy leagues!

Play when you want. You don’t have to play daily or setup a new lineup unless you want to. Play when you have the time. It is also a great way to supplement your season-long league play if you just want to add a little more excitement.

FantasyAces make it easy to play and setup your teams and enter contests. You can deposit money into your account using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a minimum $5 deposit.

Also as an incentive for signing up and depositing money into your account, they offer a 100% Deposit Bonus up to $250 just for signing up and depositing. Use our links to have the bonus automatically applied when you sign up. The payout for the bonus is at a rate of 5% of the buy-in.  Meaning it is released as you play, which is standard for most sites. But it is still FREE money!

You can also “Make Money” to play with just by referring your friends to their site. You can earn 20% of what FantasyAces earns just from your referrals. This means you can play for free from your friends playing.

Rake

The Rake is the amount a site holds back to cover the costs of maintaining the website and business expenses. If sites do not cover these expenses then they go out of business and you have nowhere to play. The rake at FantasyAces is between 6.5% and 10% depending on the contest which is roughly the standard in this industry.

How Do you Play

On their Home page, there is a Game Lobby area where you enter the games you want in the sport you want to play. You can filter by sport, buy-in amount, payout type, and contest type. Play in a multitude of contests types including Head-to-Head, 50/50, GPPs (Guaranteed Prize Pools or Tournaments), Survivor Tournaments, and more. When you have decided which game to enter then you simple hit “Draft.”

The Draft on FantasyAces.com

Here you are the manager of your own professional sports (Fantasy) team. They give you a $50,000 Salary Cap and you pick your lineup by spending your money. Watch out, though, because the better the player is predicted to do, the more expensive they are. If you pick too many high priced players you may end of with only scrubs left to fill your roster. This is where you have to be knowledgeable and use your sports knowledge and skill to pick a winning lineup.  Or just get lucky!

You are allowed to edit your roster anytime before the game begins. You can also setup a lineup and “Export” that line-up into multiple games to save you time.

Here are the Roster Positions allowed on FantasyAces:

NFL ROSTER (11) – (2)QB, (2)RB, (2)WR, (2) FLEX, TE, K, D/ST

The Score Board

You can see how well you are doing by going to the ScoreBoard. The scores will auto-update during the course of the live games that are being played, just like in traditional fantasy leagues. You can track not only your teams points and score but also the standings in the contests you have entered to see how well you are doing. It even shows you how much you are currently winning for your position.

If you win, FantasyAces will deposit your winnings into your account as soon as the game officially settles, which is fast. They will also send you an email notifying you that you have won and how much!

More About the Games Offered

FantasyAces offers are variety of daily fantasy game formats. They offer the “classic” salary-cap format based on a $50,000 salary cap mentioned.  In this format, you have “fantasy” or play-money in which to spend to fill your roster with players. You cannot go over the cap.

They also offer a new “SalaryPro” game format which uses a “flex” salary cap system. This opens up a whole new set of variables for which to select your players. In this format, if you select your team and pick value players, you are rewarded with bonus fantasy points for being below the salary cap. If you over spend on players, you are allowed to go over the cap but you are penalized fantasy points. So basically you start out in the red if you over spend, but it allows you to pick higher priced and hopefully more productive players.

Salary BONUS – Every $50 Under the Salary Cap – +0.1 Fantasy Points to Total Score

Salary PENALTY – Every $50 Over the Salary Cap – (-.20) Fantasy Points to Total Score

You can see details of the “SalaryPro” scoring system on their website. Also you can try out the “SalaryPro” games for free by entering one of their weekly FreeRoll contests which pay real money if you win or place.

Need to Perform Some Player Research for Your Lineup?

FantasyAces has integrated a great tool for you to be able to research your players right on their site. No more having to switch back and forth between fantasy information sites in order to access the latest statistics you need to create your lineup.

Using their “Scout” page for player research allows you to see what you need without hopping all over the net. The best part, though, is that you can also save the players you want on a “Scout List” which can be seamlessly transferred over to the draft page where you can see the players you have “scouted.”

This can give you an edge against other players who haven’t performed their research. They make finding the players who are on a “hot streak” easier, and if you can find them while they are still reasonably priced then you create an advantage.

Special Events

FantasyAces holds special events and tournaments for the major daily fantasy sports. For the 2014-15 NFL Season, they have announced they will be hosting the $100,000 Fantasy Aces Football Championship.

In this event 13 Fantasy Aces members will win a seat to compete against each other. How do you win a seat to this event? Every Sunday starting in Week 1 in the NFL (September 7th) through Week 11, players will have a shot at winning their seat in a Weekly $20,000 FAFC Qualifier Contest. The top 25 players in these qualifiers will win cash including the 1st Place Winners winning a seat to the $100K contest.

You can also win a “mini-qualifier” to get into the Weekly $20,000 Qualifiers for a fraction of the normal buy-in price, as little as $5.50. This gives everyone a chance to win the big prize without risking thousands on entry fees.

The Championship will be held November 22-23, 2014 in Newport Beach, CA. If you win a seat to this event you also get a 2-Night Stay at the Balboa Bay Resort with paid Flight + Hotel.  You are invited to the Saturday Night Pre-Game Kickoff Yacht Party and will compete in the main event for your share of $100,000 in prizes.
